Watercolor, < 5 x 7 inches. Downwind finish under spinnakers.My life as a sailor has inspired Dad to try some sailing scenes. This miniature of a group of yachts on starboard tack under spinnakers makes me feel as though I'm on the judges' boat waiting to fire the gun on a very close downwind finish.

so different from the winter scenes...the way you have made the color transparent and soft...I can feel the warmer air!
