Laplanders

Laplanders with reindeer. Watercolor, < 5 x 7 inches.

Dad referred to this painting as a "throw-away," saying that it has a "cartoonish" quality. I don't see it that way. To my eye it appears very stylized. The reindeer remind me of cave paintings.
